The Royal World of Magic: Jono Blythe's Journey into the Magic Circle

The Magic Circle is not just any ordinary society of magicians. It is an organisation that is steeped in history, prestige, and mystery. The society was founded in 1905 with the purpose of promoting and preserving the art of magic. Despite its long history, many people are still unaware of this iconic organisation. This is partly due to the fact that the society is notoriously secretive, only allowing members to reveal their membership to other members or to those who are deemed trustworthy.

The Magic Circle has a rigorous admission process, and only the best magicians are accepted into its ranks. To become a member, one must perform a magic trick in front of a panel of judges, who will then determine if the magician is good enough to become a member. This process ensures that only the best magicians are members of the society, and that the level of magic performed by its members is of the highest quality.

One of the most exciting facts about The Magic Circle is that it has a royal member - King Charles III. The king has been a member of The Magic Circle since 1975, and he has been passionate about magic for most of his life. It is said that the king performed a cups and balls routine with such skill that he passed the test to become a member of the society that very night.

Being a member of The Magic Circle is an immense honour, and I am proud to be part of such a prestigious organisation. I have had the privilege of sharing membership with some of my heroes, including Paul Daniels, David Copperfield, Sooty, Tommy Cooper, David Nixon, and Stephen Fry. But the greatest honour of all is to share membership with King Charles III.
